My last week at Included Health

I'm writing this post with a heart full of gratitude and a mix of emotions, as I bid farewell to a place I've called my professional home for an incredible journey.

Included Health has always stood out for its unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of its members. Being a part of a company with such a clear and impactful mission has been a truly enriching experience.

💙 Friendships & Learnings

Over the years, I've had the chance to work with incredible people at Included Health. We've built strong friendships and I've learned a lot from them. Even though we might not see each other as often in the future, I'll always value these relationships and the memories we've created together.

🔄 Progress & Unfinished Business

We've also accomplished so much together, successfully navigating through changes and growing stronger, especially after the merger. I would have liked to have done more, but I'm proud to leave projects in such capable hands and have confidence in the team's ability to continue driving our mission forward with their resilience and get-it-done spirit.

🔍 What’s Next?

As for the next chapter for me, it’s still a work in progress. While there’s a tinge of sadness and a bit of fear as I step into the unknown, the possibilities of what lies ahead are exciting. Having spent a significant part of my career in larger corporations, I'm now eager to embrace the challenge of starting small, with the goal of nurturing something unique and impactful.
